Sometimes when you least expect it and when things are going better for you, life awaits you, teaches you the worst side and grabs you hard. That is what is happening to me this week and what will make the immediate future in my life. Right now I feel depressed and unmotivated, but seeing clearly that I pull forward and overcome these pitfalls that we have kept this whimsical but exciting life, perhaps that is why you can not update this blog in these next days everything I want this blog that a lot of friends and leeis you look everyday and I thank you all heart.

My Bunny Is Peeing Alot What Do I Do
No rest
For in principle today was the weekly rest day that marks Nico and was ready to enjoy when Xavi me a call and leave me a proposed bike this afternoon and of course I've joined. Thinking that this weekend I have it full of "family events" and I will be more difficult to do some training, because what I did today.
At 5 I went to the trainer to me just a little grease back and truth as I needed it, has left me cool. Then at 6:45, Xavi and I have been to pedal a little touring the Pantano de Foix, climbing up and back Clariananos Vilanova. In total 34 kms of good workout with Xavi, where even to him I had time to explain his fantastic weekend at Le Mans watching motorcycle racing.

not know if it's the day that I have but the truth is that today I have not had a good workout, I noticed tired and discouraged to complete the session, mid-morning I went for a run and after 20 minutes have continuous running series started work today I played, but I saw today was not my day and the second Series I cansadidimo and legs felt very stiff, for there I dedidtido and I've been just add a little more than constant running. At the end it was 40 minutes of arriving home run and a tad tired.
I hope that this afternoon in the sea will train better and this week it seems that I have not started too well, anyway, despite everything, CARPE DIEM !!!!!!

After the weekend, and the unfortunate incident in Gava, return to training yesterday and like every Monday we did in the group. We started the session with 30 kms by bike at a good pace heating and then 5 series bike and running with their transitions and with that plus they do the group training.
As regards today played the clock at 07:00 and a little sleep (I have to admit that I've been ready to stay in bed), I led the club to make Training today, 2,300 meters divided into 3 sets, resting 10 seconds between sets and combining race pace.
Concerning the blog, thank you all for your comments and views, you have done to raise the number of visits recently. THANKS !!!!!

triathlete dies Quim Raich
triathlete dies Quim Balagué Raich, a 42-year-old son of Gironella but currently living in Puigcerdà. He died yesterday, Sunday, Gavà while participating in the triathlon that is held every year in this locality. Raich
felt bad in the swim, quickly called for help and was treated for a boat test that out of the water to be seen on the beach. Despite the rapid reaction of the organization and the good work of the medical team could not do anything to save the life of Raich Quim.
The causes of death currently unknown Raich, the autopsy is done today. Was known, yes, to be a good athlete and a person who is trained and cared a lot. While maintaining
