week and then started the previous two flojilas something about coaches, this week I recover and return to pick up the pace, so this morning watching the weather yet accompanied and under the threat of rain we have here, I took the mountain bike and the mountain, total 2 hours enjoying the parc del Garraf and ending with the legs on fire. Good feelings despite that to 3 weeks since I took the mountain bike.
